Rich in vitamin B, apricots strengthen the nerves, while their folic acid stimulates red blood cell production and cell renewal. Because of its unobtrusive scent and long shelf life, apricot kernel oil is often used as a base for skin care products. It also helps the skin to retain moisture and leaves it velvety soft.
